PageOptimus is an independent website-generation tool and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo or other listing marketplaces.

Public listing data

PageOptimus can use a third-party data service to retrieve information publicly visible for a listing URL. Availability and completeness are not guaranteed, and third-party marketplaces may change their pages or policies at any time. You are responsible for ensuring your use of PageOptimus and the resulting content complies with applicable laws, platform terms and your contractual obligations.

Content rights

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use, copy, publish and distribute all text, images, reviews and other material included in a generated website. PageOptimus does not grant rights to marketplace content or trademarks.

SEO

PageOptimus can produce crawlable HTML, metadata, structured data and other technical SEO elements. No search ranking, traffic level, indexing time or commercial result is guaranteed.

Payments and files

The current product is sold as a one-time website generation. After successful checkout, the user can download a ZIP containing the static site. Keep your own backup after downloading.

Third-party services

Apify may be used for public listing extraction, Stripe processes payments, and GitHub, Railway, domain registrars or other services you choose are governed by their own terms.
