What the audit checks
The audit only reads your listing’s public information and compares it with what helps travelers choose, and helps Google understand your place:
- The title: specific enough, and including your city.
- The description: detailed enough, and mentioning your city.
- The photos: enough of them to show the whole place.
- The amenities: fully listed, since they are popular search filters.
- The reviews: how many you have and your average rating.
How to read your score
- 80 and above: your listing is very complete. Your next lever is visibility outside Airbnb.
- 55 to 79: a good base. A few quick additions will make a difference.
- Below 55: start with the items marked in pink, they matter most.
The score measures the quality of your listing information. It does not measure your ranking inside Airbnb, which also depends on your prices, calendar and responsiveness.
